Job Overview :
The Med / Surg RN performs patient assessments, administers medications, monitors vital signs, collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and provides patient and family education. This role requires strong clinical judgment, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple patients.
