Pay Rate : $20 / hr-$22 / hr
Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office & Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy wearing multiple hats-balancing office management, customer communication, operational support, and training responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient office functions, fostering a strong team culture, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office management tasks, including ordering supplies, stocking materials, and coordinating resources to maintain a well-organized and productive workspace.
- Support team engagement by assisting in planning and coordinating office events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Operate company vehicles as needed to support business operations.
- Lead driver training sessions for new hires, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and streamline operational workflows.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with customers, providing professional communication via phone and email.
- Use Excel and other office software to manage reporting, tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed to support overall business operations.
Required Skills & Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in office coordination, administrative support, or operations roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and general data entry.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience training or mentoring others is a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.About Seneca Resources
