Product Owner / Business Analyst

Job Details :

This individual should have responsibility and capability to work multi-platforms, be able to work independently and serve as an escalation point to resolves complex issues, problems, and solutions.

Actively works across teams and products to find synergies and duplication; works with teams to leverage opportunities or remove obstacles

Communicates effectively with all senior stakeholders (up to Senior Leadership)

Clearly communicates strategic portfolio direction via multi-year roadmap

Anticipates needs and proactively address gaps

Enables new connections / relationships among partners across multiple portfolio teams

Prioritizes work to meet obligations and opportunities

Actively advances understanding of product model and product culture across assets / teams

Fosters inclusive product model across business, technology, and analytics teams

Should have experience with :

M365 Copilot, Teams and other MS Office apps

Smartsheet and its Kanban features

Rally Agile / Kanban experience
