Resource roles are unique, up to 1-year assignments designed to ensure seamless coverage during vacations, medical leaves, new account openings, large events, and more. While temporary in nature, these positions often lead to permanent placement opportunities. In fact, Resource employees are eligible to apply for permanent roles right away.
