We are hiring a Catering Manager to deliver exceptional food and flawless event execution!
What You’ll Do :
- Lead all campus catering operations from menu planning to event execution
- Collaborate with clients to design customized catering solutions
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and profitability
- Supervise, train, and motivate catering staff
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and service excellence
Must-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related fieldProven catering management experience with successful event executionStrong organizational, multitasking, and client-service skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and work evenings / weekends as neededPreferred Skills & Experience :
Experience in higher education, large-scale catering, or event managementKnowledge of culinary trends and innovative event service practicesVendor negotiation and budget management expertiseValid driver’s license (may be required for event logistics)Perks & Benefits :
