Graduate Enrollment Counselor

Position Summary :

The Graduate Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting advising and guiding prospective graduate students through the admissions process. This individual serves as a primary point of contact for applicants and is committed to delivering exceptional service while meeting enrollment goals for graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise prospective students on admission requirements application procedures and program offerings.
• Drive inquiries and started applicants to complete the process.
• Review and evaluate applications for admission and make recommendations based on established criteria. Collaborate with program directors on borderline applicants.
• Maintain communication with prospective students via phone email text and virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
• Track applicant progress and update CRM / database systems regularly.
• Assist with the planning and execution of on-campus and virtual recruitment events.
• Support admitted students through the enrollment process including orientation and registration.
• Represent the institution at graduate fairs college visits and community events.
