We're looking for Virtual CFOs who have built their skills and knowledge working within a range of corporate environments and are looking to join a group of like-minded professionals, be connected to a team, and to work in a way that leverages their significant expertise but enables them to achieve the work / life balance they seek.

A top candidate will have

• A CPA, along with 10+ years leading the Finance function in a range of small and mid-sized organizations.
• A suite of interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills that enables you to effectively advise and influence CEOs, Executive Directors, and Owners.
• Experience in contracting and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders such as customers, suppliers / distribution partners, and investors.
• Broad knowledge and experience of accounting, budgeting, tax, audit, human resources / payroll and corporate governance.
• The ability to evaluate accounting systems and controls, produce analyses and forecasts, and oversee and mentor junior accounting resources.
• Smarts, confidence, humility, and a collaborative nature.
• The highest ethical standards.
• The ability to express thoughts, ideas, and vision in a clear and compelling manner both written and orally.
• A very strong team orientation, embodied by a "nothing is beneath me" attitude.
• True entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for fast-paced, growing environments.
