Description :
We are seeking a Contract Attorney with specific experience in homebuilder real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a background in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lot contracts, closing documents, title and survey matters, homeowners association documents, easement agreements, and other ancillary development documents. Law firm experience or in-house counsel experience with a homebuilder is required, along with general real estate experience.
Requirements :
Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and reside in NC
Homebuilder experience, including :
Drafting purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
Drafting closing documents
Reviewing title and survey matters
Preparing homeowners association documents
Drafting easement agreements and ancillary development documents
Law firm or in-house homebuilder experience
General real estate experience
Willingness to focus exclusively on this project (no concurrent work allowed)
Long-term commitment (initially 6 months, likely to extend)
Preference for candidates in Raleigh; willingness to come into the office (frequency negotiable)
Additional Information :
Project attorneys must not engage in concurrent work for other clients
Must be able to commit to 35–40 hours per week
Candidates must be comfortable with a strictly defined scope of work

Pay Details : $65.00 to $85.00 per hour
