• Number of Beds : 65
• Patient Ratios : 5-6
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : CNAs available all shifts. 11 hours of unit secretary support
• Type of equipment : IV Pumps. Specialty Beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, Life vests Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : 3- 12 hour shifts mostly weekends Floating policy : no floating, all units are connected and interchangeable Patient Experience requirements : Med surge, rehab a plus Hospital Specifics- Certifications : CARF and Joint Commission CarePartners is the only Rehab Hospital in Western NC.
