Compensation : $32.00- $42.00 based on years of experience in like position.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project support for Regional leadership and staff.
Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support for the Associate Area Superintendent and Regional Staff to include copier projects (including PowerPoint preparation), mail handling, researching topics, supplies control and necessary communications internally and externally
- Analyze and create reports based on PowerSchool and Edusoft
- Coordinate the administrative aspects of internal and external student testing
- Creating electronic copies of educational materials
- Assist the above in the management of schedules and handle calls from both internal and external sources
- Summarize, communicate and track all incoming family complaints, follow through to a satisfactory compromise with all parties involved.
- Coordinate Aspire-wide educational activities
- Organize logistics of Regional educational activities
- Support other Aspire team members as necessary
