Shift : 12-Hour Days (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM)

HumanEdge Health is seeking a travel Postpartum RN for a 13-week assignment at a 349-bed acute care teaching hospital, Level 2 Trauma , in Poughkeepsie, NY . This position focuses on maternity care , including postpartum, antepartum, and well-baby nursery care.

Position Overview :

Provide postpartum care for new mothers

Care for infants in the well-baby nursery

Manage antepartum care as needed

Support rooming-in care and family-centered patient education

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care

Document all care in Cerner electronic medical record

Requirements : Required :

NY RN License

NRP Certification

BLS Certification

Minimum 2 years of postpartum care experience

Preferred :

Experience with rooming-in, antepartum, and well-baby nursery care

Strong communication and patient education skills
