The Revi Role
As our
Director of AI Implementation & Data , you’ll drive AI strategy, adoption, and operational integration across the company. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, roll out new tooling, and ensure AI is embedded across core workflows. You’ll also lead the buildout of our internal data systems and AI‑powered tools—delivering both immediate wins and long‑term value.
What You’ll Do ♂️
AI Strategy & Enablement
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across teams and workflows
Define internal tooling strategy and select vendors or platforms as needed
Lead onboarding, enablement, and team training on AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms, agent copilots)
Create repeatable playbooks for internal AI adoption and experimentation
AI Operational Integration
Oversee integration of AI into internal operations and product support workflows
Manage deployment of internal AI agents (e.g., support assistants powered by knowledge base and call / chat data)
Work cross‑functionally to embed automation in both customer‑facing and internal use cases
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partner with Product to shape AI roadmap and feature development
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable AI deployment and monitoring
Coordinate with Support, Success, and Ops to align AI projects with business needs
Translate technical capabilities into business value across teams
Data Engineering & Infrastructure
Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and tooling
Help establish best practices for data cleanliness, accessibility, and usage across the org
Partner on the development of in‑house knowledge bases and retrieval systems to support AI tools
Contribute to long‑term architecture decisions around data capture, storage, and transformation
What We Expect You’ll Bring to the Role
6–10 years of experience in product, technical program management, data engineering, or AI strategy roles
Deep familiarity with GenAI tools, NLP systems, and LLM‑based architectures
Proven track record rolling out technical tools or AI platforms within an organization
Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills—can bridge technical and business teams
Experience managing or collaborating with data engineers or analytics teams
Bias for action—comfortable working in ambiguity and scaling systems from scratch
Passion for solving real‑world business problems with AI
