Pay : $17.00 / hr | Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Start Date : ASAP

Express Employment Professionals of Clearwater is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Laborer for a great opportunity in Clearwater, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with long-term potential for the right candidate!

Job Duties :

General cleaning throughout the property (elevators, trash areas, common spaces)

Light outdoor maintenance tasks, including pothole prep (sweeping / shoveling debris for refill)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work indoors and outdoors as needed

Requirements :

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working both inside and outside

Reliable transportation to Clearwater, FL

Dress code : Closed-toe shoes, jeans without holes, and a plain t-shirt (no logos)
