Role Overview

Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Unarmed Flex Security Officers to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Officers play a vital role in deterring incidents through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms / emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have full flexibility of scheduling weekly. This includes both Saturday and Sunday.
• Must have or obtain a valid security officer / guard license as required by the state licensing authority.
• 1+ year of truck gate and / or access control experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct walking patrols to identify and report safety concerns.

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol.

Assist visitors and employees professionally.

Required Skills & Abilities

Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
