Position Overview :
Tap Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to join our Oncology / Hematology team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for oncology providers, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize medication therapy, improve outcomes, and ensure patient safety. Required Qualifications :
Completion of both PGY1 and PGY2 residencies (or equivalent years of clinical oncology experience).
2-5 years of experience in oncology / hematology clinical practice.
Doctorate Degree (PharmD).
Work Schedule : Full-time, Days
