Job descriptionSign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Health, Dental, and Vision with employer contribution Earned Time - 31-34 days / year accrual One week for CME / CEU time plus a $2,000 allowance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dependent Care Account (DCA) Subsidized parking Tuition Assistance Program after 1 year Company-paid Group Life, AD&D Insurance, and Long Term Disability Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability (employee pays 50%) MA Paid Family Medical Leave 403B Plan or Roth with 3% match Loan repayment plans available Searching for candidates to start in Spring 2026 This role will cover exclusively adults, as we have an active pediatrician's office close by Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient needs and treatment Refers patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities Monday through Friday role with one evening shift per week Saturday shifts available for additional income EMR = Epic Bridge employment gaps or transitions between permanent positions by taking on locum assignments, maintaining income and professional engagement during transitional periods. Connect with fellow locum professionals through online forums, networking events, and support groups, fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and shared learning experiences. Provide essential healthcare services during crises, such as natural disasters or pandemics, contributing to emergency response efforts and community resilience. Provide essential medical services to underserved communities or during staff shortages, ensuring consistent patient care nationwide. Transition between full-time, part-time, or locum roles as your personal or professional circumstances evolve, maintaining career fluidity and adaptability.
