Behaven Day Center, LLC is looking to hire multiple Contract BCBA positions in Lincoln, Nebraska. The position provides ABA therapy to families and individuals, in person or via telehealth; and provides a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children and families in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids. The essential job duties are as follows : Demonstrates clinical, case management, and professionalism competencies; responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of intensive behavior therapy programs for children with autism; organization, collection, and analysis for data collection systems; parent and staff training in methods of applied behavior analysis; observation and evaluation of parent and staff therapy techniques; facilitate weekly meetings with family and staff; and performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social services, education, or a related field. BCBA Certification, required.

Overview :

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides neurodiversity affirming behavior analytical services including assessment, development of acquisition and behavior-reduction programs and plans, supervision to RBTs, and development and provision of parent guidance. The BCBA fulfills an on-site, clinic-based position and contributes to a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children, their families, and staff according to the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids.
