Director of Category Management

A company is looking for a Director Global Category Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and execution of multi-year sourcing strategies

Oversee supplier selection and performance management to reduce costs and mitigate risks

Drive employee growth and development while executing projects and managing performance

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field AND 7+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and / or Operations

OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 9+ years of experience in the same areas

7+ years of supply chain experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, or energy products

Ability to meet security screening requirements

5+ years of people management experience is preferred
