Further information is available at . Follow @blackstone on , , and .Blackstones Investor Portal team is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to join the BXAccess platform team. BXAccess is the firms secure investor portal, enabling LP investors to access portfolio performance data and documents, while supporting back-office concerns, including user and permission management, publishing documents, and other critical operations. This platform plays a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and secure information to Blackstones global investor base.As part of Blackstones collaborative and excellence-driven engineering culture, you will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to design, develop, and modernize critical platform components. This includes web-based front-end applications, RESTful APIs, serverless services in AWS, and CI / CD pipelines. You will apply Blackstones engineering standards and SDLC methodologies to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions while ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of this mission-critical suite of applications.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a major modernization initiative, migrating legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native architecture. You will gain exposure to other technology teams across the firm, with potential opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities.

• Responsibilities
• Design and implement end-to-end applications using .NET, React, and AWS.
• Document technical changes and architectural decisions.
• Implement observability solutions to monitor performance and detect issues proactively.
• Enforce quality standards through peer reviews and test automation.
• Maintain CI / CD pipelines and leverage DevOps tools such as Terraform and GitLab Runner.
• Collaborate with QA and App Support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mandatory Skills
• 3+ years of demonstrable work experience as a software developer.
• Proven experience building web applications.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with JavaScript and React.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, and S3, or equivalent cloud services.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with CI / CD tools such as GitLab Runner, Jenkins, and Terraform is a plus.
• Effectively understands, troubleshoots, and maintains existing systems.

• Expected annual base salary range :
• $100,000 - $170,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
