Telemetry RN Job Details Location : Corpus Christi, Texas (4th Floor) Unit : Heart Telemetry (25 beds) Job Type : Travel Registered Nurse Start Date : December 1, 2025 End Date : March 2, 2026 Assignment Length : 13-week contract Shift : 7AM – 7PM (12-hour day shifts) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1360-$1460 Dress Code : Royal blue scrubs Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Medical-Surgical RN experience Experience with Meditech EMR – preferred Telemetry nursing experience – preferred Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients in the Heart Telemetry unit Manage chest tubes and non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips Administer and monitor weight-based heparin drips Operate Baxter IV pumps, KCI wound vacs, and SCD pumps Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and unit coordinators Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment Discover rewarding healthcare jobs in Corpus Christi, Texas, and experience coastal living while making a difference in patients' lives.
