Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable :
- Generate, proof, and distribute project specific invoices
- Accurately applies and records payments accordingly
- Respond to invoice inquiries in a timely manner
Accounts Payable :
Receive, match, and enter vendor invoicesTrack vendor payment terms and payables agingRespond to vendor inquiriesCoordinate weekly payments to vendorsGeneral :
