The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited practical / vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• Preferably, at least one year of experience as an LPN.
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
• Possession of a current and valid PA driver's license, along with reliable transportation (may be required).
• Physical capability to comfortably exert up to 50lbs occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs continuously.

Earn : $32 / Hour + Enhanced Pay Eligible + Weekend Shift Differentials

Shift : Sunday Monday Saturday 7a - 7p

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Group Home Visiting Nurse) at AVS Merakey, you'll provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Your responsibilities will include traveling to our group homes, clinical assessments, monitoring acuity, teaching staff on residents care plan and medical needs, delivering medications to group homes, updating MAR and Treatment logs.
