As an SEO Assistant / Content Writer at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation :

Research and write compelling, well-structured, and informative content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and targets relevant keywords.
  • Craft engaging headlines, meta descriptions, and content that encourages user engagement and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Keyword Research :
  • Assist in conducting keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and phrases for SEO campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and keyword ranking opportunities.
  • On-Page SEO :
  • Optimize web pages for SEO by implementing on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt attributes.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing technical SEO improvements.
  • Content Optimization :
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to update and improve existing content to align with current SEO best practices.

  • Conduct content audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Competitor Analysis :
  • Assist in conducting competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the digital landscape.

  • Stay informed about competitor strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Assist in generating SEO reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.

  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of SEO and content efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Promotion :
  • Share content on social media platforms and participate in discussions relevant to our clients’ industries.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content promotion strategies.
  • Stay Informed :
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and content marketing.

  • Attend webinars, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Yoast is A Plus) and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
