What You Will Do :
Strategic Portfolio Planning
Your role will be to work with the RushReady and KIQ Product Managers to clearly define “What?” customer problems need to be solved and justify “Why?” are these the right problems to solve. You will facilitate alignment on the right time / sequencing of solving these problems in order to drive the biggest business impact, and work with the Product Managers / Engineering Managers to deliver solutions to these problems.Lead long-term product vision and strategy for an integrated RushReady / KIQ, based on customer needs / feedback, business priorities, and market innovation.Lead cross-workstream collaboration on RushReady by identifying and tackling dependencies and other key considerations.Program Execution & Governance
Oversee execution across all key initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.Drive critical governance meetings, PI planning sessions, and readiness reviews to enable informed decision-making.Monitor key performance indicators and adjust plans based on progress and evolving business priorities.Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and managementCross-Functional Leadership
Act as the central point of accountability for the portfolio, ensuring consistent communication, risk management, and resource allocation across teams.Facilitate cross-enterprise coordination / processes for longer-term impact e.g. E3D, CDM, ITSupport financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development by RR LT to guide portfolio investment decisions.Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement
Partner closely with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to develop activation plans and sales enablement strategiesEnsure alignment between product delivery timelines and market rollout commitmentsMonitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitiveMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager or similar rolesStrong understanding of product management principles, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder managementExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions and measure product successExperience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO and JiraNo immigration sponsorship available for this position.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with B2B idealFamiliarity with working different data sets / formats and providers.Familiarity with large data platforms and data ingestion pipelines idealStrong communication interpersonal skills and project management skills – the ability to collaborate and deliver effectively with diverse teamsAbility to think strategically while working with more junior PMs on day-to-day product needs.Previous experience with early-stage product developmentAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $149,700.00 - $224,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
