We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Lebanon, Oregon at Avamere Rehabilitation of Lebanon. Tucked away in scenic southern Oregon you will find Avamere Rehabilitation of Lebanon. The building has 83 beds, 43 of which are skilled and 40 that are long-term care. The facility has served the community for over 40 years. The team upholds a strong commitment to quality care, evidence-based practice, and outstanding outcomes.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant with Avamere Rehab, you will join a team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve.
