Job Description
Perform basic specialized visual fields service and patient care tasks under strict supervision of a physician.
Experience
Prefer one year experience in a health care facility.
Education
High School Diploma or GED

Essential Functions
Performs perimetry testing for multiple physician requests. (Goldman and automated visual fields)Maintains and performs calibration of visual field instruments.Must be skilled at keyboard usage, data entry, and familiar with electronic health records usage.Physical Demands
Lifting up to 20 pounds without assistance.Able to assist in transporting immobile or less mobile patients into exam chair.Ability to move in and out of multiple exam rooms for up to 8 hours per day.Ability to adjust seating level to utilize equipment at patient’s eye level.The Dean McGee Eye Institute is an Equal Opportunity Employer M / F / V / D
