Title : Director of Learning and Development
Hours : 8-5 pm
Location : Scottsdale, AZ - Onsite
Salary : $110-135k

Qualifications :
- 7+ years in multifamily property management required.
- 5+ years of experience in a training or learning and development role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Yardi Suite and multifamily marketing tools (ILSs, Google Data, Paid Search, etc.).
- Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; project management experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation required.
- Ability to complete a criminal background check and pre-employment assessment (Wonderlic).
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a monthly training calendar, scheduling and leading sessions across formats (in-person, virtual, on-demand).Create engaging learning materials and communications for operational systems, policies, and professional development.Deliver and support training across all property management systems and software platforms.Oversee and upgrade the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).Partner with HR leadership to align learning objectives with strategic business goals.Lead and maintain the internal onboarding and Advisor mentorship programs.Utilize innovative tools such as AI, avatars, and interactive tech for content development.Track training outcomes and continuously improve program effectiveness.Why choose Addison Group?
