Job descriptionDesign and implement credit and collections strategies to enhance cash flow and minimize risk. Lead a small team, providing mentorship, training, and performance guidance. Oversee the AR process, including aging reports, collections, and dispute resolution. Track and report on critical metrics Evaluate customer credit profiles, financial data, and payment patterns to set appropriate credit terms. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, etc.) to resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage third-party collections or legal actions when needed. Support financial close processes and audits related to receivables. Drive process improvements to streamline AR operations and reduce credit risk. Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required) Experience working with international clients / customers 4+ years of experience in a Credit / Collection capacity Experience managing B2B customers Advanced Excel skills, MS Dynamics (D365); Power BI (or similar) is advantageous

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead its accounts receivable and credit functions. This high-impact role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving credit policies, optimizing cash flow, and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support business growth while managing risk.
- Anticipate $90K-$100K, dependent on experience
- Full suite of benefits, health insurance, 401K, PTO, Vacation, etc.
- Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote), may have more flexibility over time
