A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead its accounts receivable and credit functions. This high-impact role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving credit policies, optimizing cash flow, and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support business growth while managing risk.
- Anticipate $90K-$100K, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement credit and collections strategies to enhance cash flow and minimize risk.Lead a small team, providing mentorship, training, and performance guidance.Oversee the AR process, including aging reports, collections, and dispute resolution.Track and report on critical metricsEvaluate customer credit profiles, financial data, and payment patterns to set appropriate credit terms.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, etc.) to resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.Manage third-party collections or legal actions when needed.Support financial close processes and audits related to receivables.Drive process improvements to streamline AR operations and reduce credit risk.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)Experience working with international clients / customers4+ years of experience in a Credit / Collection capacityExperience managing B2B customersAdvanced Excel skills, MS Dynamics (D365); Power BI (or similar) is advantageousEEO
