A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR CELESTIAL DAY :

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible schedule from opening to closing. While the position combines part-time stargazing with front desk tasks, we can accommodate a strictly night shift if preferred.

As our Guest Services Stargazing Agent, your day will be a blend of hands-on stargazing and front desk activities. You'll greet guests with a warm welcome, assist them in setting up telescopes, and ensure their registrations and payments are processed smoothly. Balancing traditional front desk duties with stargazing, you'll manage guest interactions with professionalism while creating an unforgettable celestial experience. Each evening, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up and guiding guests through their stargazing journey, sharing your passion and knowledge of the night sky.

Your role will also involve handling sales transactions using our POS system and ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience. From assisting with telescope setups to offering insights into celestial events, your contribution will be key in making every night a magical adventure under the Sedona sky!

THE GUEST SERVICES STARGAZING AGENT WE NEED :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about stargazing and enthusiastic about astronomy
• Friendly and professional

Education in hospitality or astronomy is a plus! Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting.
