Position Summary :

As an Escrow Officer at N Title, you will manage and coordinate the closing process for transaction files, ensuring client satisfaction, regulatory compliance and adherence to company values. You will oversee transaction files from receipt to completion : process transactions, review and prepare necessary documents, conduct closings, balance and disburse funds. This office-based role requires attention to detail, proactive task management, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Oversee closings files from receipt to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and quality of work.
• Determine and satisfy closing requirements by reviewing and complying with contract and lender instructions.
• Assist team members and perform other duties as needed.
• Maintain a daily task list in RamQuest with no overdue tasks.
• Order, prepare and review necessary documents for closing.
• Prepare and handle documents from opening to closing, ensuring complete disbursement and follow-up.
• Collaborate with lenders in preparation of closing statements for buyers and sellers.
