Integrity Electrical Services Company is an established electrical contractor that is in its 10th year of business and is based out of Tempe Arizona.

We focus on commercial construction projects that include everything from tenant improvements to large scale ground-up offices and logistics centers.

Hiring Signing Bonus Program :

• $750 - Apprentice
• $1,500 Journeyman
• $3,000 Foreman
• $5,000 General Foreman

Compensation Weekly Pay Range Info :

• Apprentice range is from $17 / hr. $25 / hr.
• Journeyman range is from $26 / hr. $33 / hr.
• Foreman range is from $34 / hr. $45 / hr.

Who we are looking for :

We are looking for candidates of all skill levels that are professional, motivated, and driven to succeed.

Requirements :

Apprentice 0 4 years of experience in commercial electrical field

Journeyman 5+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field

Foreman 5+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field as well as at least 1+ years of experience in a foreman electrical role.

General electrician skills (all electricians should have these in varying degrees depending on years of experience) :

• Conduit bending
• Wire pulling
• Wire terminations
• Wall rough in
• Blueprint reading
• Power tools
• Light fixture installation
• Device Trim
• Lighting control installation
• Safety OSHA 10 is a plus, but not required

Foreman electrician specific skills (must have all general electrician skills) :

• Leadership ability to lead a crew of 2 20 for a foreman. Ability to lead a crew of 2 50 for a general foreman.
• Blueprint reading
• Specification reading
• Safety
• Planning and execution of project
• OSHA 30 is a plus, but not required
• Jobsite organization
• Technology Must have skills in general Microsoft office software and emails.
