Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (Pediatrics) to join our team in Baytown, TX . In this role, you will assess and treat children with diverse physical challenges, developing personalized therapy plans to enhance their mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess pediatric clients’ therapy needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and families on home exercises, therapeutic strategies, and techniques to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.

Requirements :

Required :

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.

Preferred :

CPR and First Aid certification.

Experience working with pediatric populations in outpatient or school-based settings.
