Job Summary :

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities and grounds to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations. This position involves basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and preventative maintenance work in accordance with Michigan safety and building codes.
