Float Pool Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year) Education : Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred) Licensure : Current RN license in Missouri Certifications : BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Why Mercy?
