    The Company is seeking a VP Partner Success to lead the strategic development and management of key partner relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's partner ecosystem, ensuring that partners are effectively onboarded, supported, and engaged. This role involves working closely with the product and engineering teams to understand and communicate the value of the platform to partners, as well as collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align partner success with the overall business strategy. The VP Partner Success will also be tasked with identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities that align with the company's mission and values. Candidates for the VP Partner Success role at the company should have a proven track record in partner management, with experience in a senior leadership position. A deep understanding of the education technology sector and a passion for the company's mission of modernizing student recruitment and support is essential. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. A background in AI or related technology is a plus, as is a degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a team player, and a visionary leader who can inspire and drive the partner success team to achieve their goals.
