National Non-QM Manager

A company is looking for a National Non-QM Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and investor guidelines

Act as the primary subject matter expert for Non-QM loan programs and provide training to the underwriting team

Monitor changes in regulations affecting underwriting compliance and recommend policy updates as necessary

Required Qualifications

Minimum seven years of experience in the mortgage industry, with five years in underwriting Non-QM products

Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines for non-agency loans

Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Expertise in analyzing diverse income streams, such as cash flow from self-employed individuals and business income

Ability to adapt to new ideas and evolving industry trends
