Part-time Registered Nursing Hours

Must be available some evenings and weekends.

Rotates with Nursing Staff

Job Description

We are searching for a nurse who can assist our nursing team as needed with the following tasks :

Planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients.

Can develop and implement a plan of care that meets each patient's specific needs according to supervising MD orders and with agency policies and procedures.

• Weekly or Biweekly Medication Reminder Box fills.

Counsels the patient and / or family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Continually communicates patient care to office staff, involved clinicians, and supervising MDs to ensure that every single patient receives the care that they deserve and need.

Completing intake / assessment of new clients

Qualifications

Registered Nurse Professional License, RN (required)

Valid CPR card (required)

Valid Driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)

Clean background check (required)

Previous experience in home care (required)
