Qualifications and responsibilities for this CFO position include :

• 10–15 years of experience in accounting, ideally with construction or construction supply background
• Strong ERP experience required (Business Vision preferred; transitioning to Acumatica)
• In-depth knowledge of ACA transactions, banking systems, and reporting
• Oversee accounting, payroll, and HR departments (2–4 employees total)
• Participate in department meetings and support wholesale, tool repair, estimation, and retail functions
• Manage behavioral and performance improvement within the accounting team
• Fully in-office role, Monday–Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM
• Must have a great personality and strong leadership to foster company culture

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience (up to $170,000 for the right candidate).
