• We are looking for a nurse with

gtube and trach experience to care for an 8 year old male with

cerebral palsy in Middleburg. Nurse must be able to attend school

with the patient.

Requirements

for Licensed Practical Nurses

(LPNs)

Current, active

FloridaLPN license

Current BLS CPR card

(obtained in-person, not online)

G-tube, trach,

vent experience, or willing to train

TB Skin

Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

Alzheimer's

training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if

needed)

1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video

(provided free of cost on DOEA

website)
