Job Title :

  • RN Registered Nurse – PCU Stepdown Location : Brooksville, FL Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent – Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation : Base Pay : $30.76 – $41.50 / hour (based on years of experience) Differentials : +$4.75 / hour nights | +$3.00 / hour weekends | +$2.00 / hour with national certification Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Paid 2% on first / second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments Relocation Assistance : Available, case by case Position Overview : We’re looking for skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown RNs to join a high-acuity 46-bed Cardiac PCU unit .
  • Patients are continuously monitored on telemetry and include diagnoses such as Afib, RVR, and pre / post-cath.

Nurses manage a 4–5 :

  • 1 ratio (sometimes flex to 6 : 1) and care for patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing skills, including drip management.

    • Key Responsibilities :
