About The Role : The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Nobu Restaurant will support the General Manager with hiring and training team members to elegantly describe food offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as knowledge of wine and spirits to deliver the ultimate luxury dining experience in a sophisticated environment. This role will ensure that all aspects of the front of the house operations contribute to 100% guest satisfaction.

Our Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager position will have at least three years of bar management experience, strong knowledge of beverage preparation and enjoys leading a team of passionate restaurant professionals by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching.
