Position Overview
This onsite leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing complex operations. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating all facets of office and field operations, ensuring our reputation for exceptional customer service is not only upheld but continuously improved. You’ll provide financial oversight, drive safety initiatives, and lead a diverse team including Dispatch, Estimating, Maintenance, Field Production, and Administrative Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Profitability : Deliver financial insights and operational strategies that directly impact bottom-line performance.
- Operational Excellence : Implement and refine systems that ensure safety, quality, and cost control across all departments.
- Leadership & Culture : Cultivate a high-performance culture through mentorship, accountability, and clear communication.
- Compliance Mastery : Ensure full adherence to OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.
- Strategic Oversight : Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on continuous improvement and scalable growth.
- Performance Management : Champion the use of data-driven performance tools to measure and improve team effectiveness.
- Conflict Resolution : Navigate complex interpersonal and operational challenges with diplomacy and decisiveness.
- Customer-Centric Execution : Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Facility & Asset Management : Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment through rigorous oversight of equipment and infrastructure.
- Administrative Leadership : Ensure all documentation and compliance processes are executed with precision and timeliness.
- Technology & Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into operational workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and business management.Proven track record of leading teams through growth, change, and operational complexity.Skills & Experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software platforms.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.Deep understanding of financial management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated ability to lead through change, resolve conflict, and build cohesive teams.Experience in contract review and vendor negotiations.Resilience under pressure and a commitment to maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.Apply
