Maintenance Technician

Shift : 7 AM - 3 PM, Mon-Fri, rotating Saturdays

Pay : $34-$40 / hour (weekly pay)

Schedule : Full-time, occasional OT based on workload

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair chiller systems - Work on chillers, HVAC equipment, temperature control units, and related components.
• Perform mechanical / electrical modification work - Repair compressors, motors, pumps, fans, piping, switches, VSDs, and more.
• Conduct leak testing and Freon charging - Repair leaks and restore systems to prescribed operating pressure.
• Ensure equipment efficiency - Inspect mechanical systems for performance and safety compliance.
• Use CMMS for documentation - Log work orders and support parts kit creation and updates.
• Track downtime - Maintain accurate downtime records and issue work requests when equipment needs attention.
