Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field crews on custom residential construction and remodeling projects
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Perform layout for foundations and framing
Execute high-quality carpentry across all project phases, including :
Framing carpentry
Flooring installation
Exterior trim, siding, decks, and rails
Interior trim, cabinetry, and staircase installation
Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
Coordinate materials, tools, and scheduling with project team
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality expectations
Represent the company professionally with clients and subcontractors
Qualifications
5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including supervisory or lead roles preferred
Strong ability to lead a team and communicate effectively on-site
Proficient in blueprint reading and layout
Skilled in foundation, framing, finish, and trim carpentry
Dependable, conscientious, and committed to quality craftsmanship
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday to Thursday : 9-hour shifts
Friday : 4-hour shift
40 hours per week standard
Location
On-site projects in and around Bristol, TN
No travel outside local area required
