Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for restorative care? Join our dedicated team and play a vital role in helping residents maintain and regain their highest level of function and independence.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide direct restorative care including restorative dining, splints, ADLs, bowel and bladder management, range of motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers.
• Encourage residents to actively participate in their assigned restorative programs using verbal cueing, one-on-one interactions, and safety precautions.
• Maintain accurate documentation on each resident participating in the Restorative Program and notify management of any changes.
• Assist residents in achieving greater independence by promoting mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Follow restorative nursing principles and best practices to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare by implementing new ideas and strategies to improve resident outcomes.
