Bristol is seeking a General Manager for Sarasota, Florida. This General Manager, a highly visible role, will oversee the management, coordination, and strategic direction of the facilities dining, environmental, and nursing programs. Bristol provides healthcare facilities with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3 department supervisors of healthcare facility operations, 1. Food, 2. Environmental, 3. Resident Care, and Compliance.
• Provide leadership and oversight for specialized care programs, ensuring compassionate and specialized support for residents with cognitive impairments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, residents, staff, and community partners.
