Building Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Bldg Engineer to join their team. As a Bldg Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting the maintenance and operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Building Engineer

Location : Riverside, MO

Pay Range : $36.25

What's the Job?

Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, and life safety systems

Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards

Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs

Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation

Support vendor interactions and assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks

What's Needed?

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience

Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving needs
