What You'll Do :

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of the RN or Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate updates promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care every shift.
