About the role

As the Building Experience and Amenity Manager , you will take full ownership of integrating the partnership between Landlord, Property Management, and Vendors to redefine the building experience. You will manage the day-to-day sales and operations for shared tenant spaces, including meeting rooms, wellness centers, event spaces, and food and beverage outlets.

Your ability to manage amenity partners, property stakeholders, and employees is essential. You will lead a group of tenant experience professionals and third‑party hospitality vendors in a large downtown office tower with a newly completed capital investment in building-wide amenities. Your success will hinge on your ability to design, implement, and document operational models that ensure replicable success as we grow.

This role is ideal for a current Manager or Director of Operations in a multidimensional hospitality environment (like a hotel) who is looking to transition away from working weekends, and who loves creating dynamic customer programs and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Experience, Leadership, and Operations

  • Embody and display Industrious and Landlord values in all interactions, building strong, personalized bonds with occupiers to ensure productive days.
  • Lead and inspire your team and third‑party vendors, ensuring clear expectations and seamless delivery of service standards across all departments.
  • Confidently, empathetically, and professionally communicate and resolve issues with all building stakeholders, taking ultimate ownership of the outcome.
  • Own the rollup and full reporting of the amenity and building‑wide experience P&L , including timely submission of landlord bill backs.
  • Oversee and ensure appropriate functioning of all digital and physical communications methods (mobile app, digital signage, etc.).

Sales and Membership Management

  • Directly manage the sale, marketing, and management of Access Memberships within the amenity space.
  • Work closely with the area sales lead to manage the sales funnel, give tours, and meet membership sales goals , including revenue reporting.
  • Manage the membership portal, tenant communications, and ensure seamless member onboarding and recurring billing.
  • Amenity and Third‑Party Vendor Oversight

  • Ensure daily alignment between all third‑party vendors (F&B, events, fitness) on reservations, catering orders, and special requests to foster a unified, hospitality-focused culture .
  • Assist the Landlord in overseeing the fitness center and food and beverage outlets by driving membership / a la carte sales, approving programming / events, and maintaining cleanliness / facilities reporting.
  • Community Programming and Service Culture

  • Directly manage the Community Manager who will design and execute a dynamic calendar of events focused on strategic values, community, and engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation and budgeting for all community events, and assist in event marketing across all building channels.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Property Management in developing proprietary service principles, delivering an elevated visitor arrival process, and executing key hospitality processes.
  • Assist leasing teams by highlighting the benefits of the building’s amenities, including tours and lease gifting programs.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 7‑10 years of work experience in Operations, Hospitality, Community Management, or a relevant business field.
  • Experience being a people manager and directly leading a team of 10+.
  • Deep passion for hospitality and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to gather data and build operational models as you go .
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences (tenants, vendors, landlords).
  • Ability to work independently with an extremely reliable and excellent work ethic , and a positive attitude toward continuous change and improvement.
  • Proficiency in gDrive file management and gSheets / Excel.
  • Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000. The successful candidate’s actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for up to 12% in performance‑related bonus pay.

Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees. Other great employee perks and benefits include : heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, 401k plan and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies.
