Job Title : Personal Banker I

Reports to : VP Branch Manager

Responsibbilities

• Provides courteous and professional service to all customers.
• Performs teller transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments and cash advances, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains cash drawer limits and balance daily.
• Opens new deposit accounts.
• Assists safe deposit box customers.
• Completes service requests such as address changes, adding signers, ordering checks and closing accounts.
• Informs customers of self-service options and demonstrate digital banking products to customers.
• Identifies potential fraud or risky deposits and take the appropriate action to prevent loss.
• Researches and reconciles outages and operational errors.
• Assists with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer. These tasks could include those assigned by your supervisor or by Operations, Finance or Marketing.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all applicable banking regulations and BSA / AML program, requirements and controls.
• Complies with all department and Bank policies and procedures.
